Workshop Proposal Submission

Are there techniques that you’ve mastered and you want to share your knowledge with others? THIS Gallery is currently accepting proposals for in-person workshops to be held at its Vancouver, BC location.

Submissions for workshops are ongoing. However, facilitators are encouraged to apply as soon as possible as dates are expected to fill up quickly.

If your proposal has been selected, someone from the gallery will reach out to confirm and finalize the details.

We can work with you to help determine a suitable time and fee schedule, and once a proposal has been accepted, THIS helps publicize the event. We actively promote the workshop on social media and through our monthly newsletter. We also manage registration and fee collection from participants.

THIS Gallery charges a flat fee of $200 per 4-hour workshop.

We can work with you to help determine a suitable time and fee schedule. Keep in mind that THIS Gallery charges a flat fee of $200 per 3-4 hour workshop.

The maximum for most workshops is 7. The minimum should cover your costs plus the $200 flat fee paid to the gallery, plus any materials costs.

We currently have a long table that seats six-seven people comfortably.
If your proposed workshop is seasonal or you require a specific time of year, please let us know. Also, please feel free to offer some date suggestions in the Additional Information section below. The best day/time for workshops is Sunday mornings from 10 - 1 pm.
