Market dates:
Friday, Saturday and Sunday, December 15, 16 & 17

Friday: 4-8 pm
Saturday: noon-5 pm
Sunday: noon-5 pm

Deadline for form entries: 
Friday, December 1
IMPORTANT! The sooner you send me your info, the more likely it will be used in promotional materials. I will start promoting the market in mid-November.

Art drop-off dates:
Because the gallery will be in a bit of a transition with the move, I’m asking that all work be delivered to the gallery between December 1 and December 9. That way everything will be delivered to the new location and we won’t have to move it. There will be someone at the gallery on the following dates:

Friday, December 1st – noon – 5
Saturday, December 2nd – noon – 5
Wednesday, December 6 – noon – 5
Thursday, December 7 – noon – 5
Friday, December 8 – noon – 5
Saturday, December 9 – noon – 5

If none of these dates work for you, let me know. We can make a special arrangement.

Payout and Pickup:
Once the market has completed, you will be notified of the total work sold. You will be paid for any sold work within 30 days of sale. Any unsold pieces will be available for pickup by appointment or during regular hours in the new year. I will also leave work in the online shop for those last-minute holiday shoppers. In the event of online sales, I will take care of the fulfillment of orders. Shipping will be paid for by the customer.

Please complete the form below to have your items/products included in the market. You may submit up to 4 items. A single ‘product’ can be comprised of multiple items. For example, in the case of a print edition, greeting cards, totes, jewellery or other products that have multiples at the same price. Please provide details on how many you will be providing in the ‘notes’ block for each product.

YOUR WORK

Upload only clear and well-lit photos (jpg, jpeg, png) of your work. Photos may be used in promotional materials and the web, so they should accurately show the piece and not be dark or out of focus. All files (regardless of type) should use the following naming format: “surname_artworktitle_1”. Max file size is 100MB.
