The studios are open to each other but artists can bring bookshelves or whatever they want to partition their unit. Would also be ideal for a group of friends wanting to share the space. Every unit has its own electrical outlet and some are on the window side and some are on the wall side, so you just need to choose whichever suits you best. Studios range in price from $450 to $780. The space also includes an exhibition space that can be shared by all tenants. It can also be used to host events, so there is some earning potential.

475 Main houses THIS Gallery, several doctor’s offices, artist studios, an interior design firm, a seamstress and a wonderful charity called Working Gear. We have a great rapport and check in on and visit each other’s spaces regularly. It’s very social and very community-oriented. It’s also quieter than you’d think!
