Exhibition dates:
Begins Friday of the Labour Day weekend – ends Saturday, September 9.

VIP Preview Reception Friday, September 1, 6 – 9pm – by special invitation only!
Public Reception Saturday, September 2, noon – 4pm
Light Up Chinatown Reception Saturday, September 9th, noon to 5

Deadline for entries: 
August 18, 2023

Artists confirmed and notified:
No later than August 22, 2023

Art drop-off date:
All work must be delivered to the gallery by no later than Thursday, August 31, but preferably beforehand.
You will be notified of the drop-off details upon acceptance. For admin purposes, all artworks must have a label with your name, contact info and title. 

NOTE: You will be notified if/when your artwork has sold. You will be paid for any sold artworks within 30 days of sale.

GROUP EXHIBITION

Let’s celebrate the pointless beauty of human existence!

Please submit your work to participate in a salon-style exhibition and sale at THIS over the Labour Day weekend AND continuing through the Light Up Chinatown festivities.

You can submit up to 3 pieces with a retail value of $300 each (or less). All wall-works must be framed or otherwise ready to hang. Sculptural work is encouraged but space is limited, so submit 3Ds asap.

Limit of 200 words. This should be a short description of your artistic practice as a whole as well as a brief history of your art career.

YOUR WORK

Upload only clear and well-lit photos (jpg, jpeg, png) of your work. Photos may be used in promotional materials and the web, so they should accurately show the piece and not be dark or out of focus. Submissions may be rejected due to poor documentation. All files (regardless of type) should use the following naming format: “surname_artworktitle_1”. Max file size is 100MB.
